Can I order now and ship later?  For preorders, can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes! Please select your preferred delivery date and we'll do our best to have it delivered on that date. Note that with shipping options, the date is a target and your box may arrive within 1-2 days of the selected date.

I placed my order and forgot to add a gift message or personalized song recommendation. What do I do now? 

No problem at all! Just email your message and/or song pairing choice to heather@evlogifts.com.

Do you fulfill corporate and small business orders?

YES!  We love working with corporate and small business clients! Let us know what you're looking for and we can help, including creating custom boxes (minimum quantities may be required).

Can I ship to multiple addresses? 

YES! When you are in your shopping cart, check the box next to "Ship to Multiple Addresses" in the upper left. 

Can I customize my order?

Email us and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

When will my EVLO gift boxes ship? 

We typically ship out our gifts within 1-4 business days. Learn more here. 

Do you offer free local delivery or pickup?

We sure do! If you live in or near Mansfield, MA, look for the free delivery option in checkout! If you are in a surrounding town, just email heather@evlogifts.com with your request.
